Our history

My story is deeply intertwined with the art of catering. It all started in my father’s butcher’s shop where quality and freshness were not simply expectations, but promises kept daily. My father passed on to us children the importance of recognizing the excellence of raw materials and the freshness of food.

After many years of activity my father decided to open a bar in Milan. This new chapter introduced our family to a world where the diversity and quantity of people was reflected in the variety of products offered.

The passion for catering has always pushed me to remain faithful to this sector. The pinnacle of this shared journey was the opening of a large restaurant, located in the lively center of Milan. Despite the success and beauty of this undertaking, the commitment required was such that, after a few years, we decided to give it up. Subsequently, we embarked on a new adventure by opening a bar in front of the RAI studios, continuing to weave our history in the world of catering.

However, there was a chapter still to be written. The call of new horizons led me to Malta, an island that has always fascinated me and where I always knew that, at the right time, I would realize my dream: opening my own bar. And that right moment has finally arrived.
